This position will support Operations and Physician Leaders to transform the delivery of care of the Centers of Excellence to meet future demands of care in new healthcare settings. This role will draw from existing internal and external resources to evaluate proposed models of care by analyzing projected volumes, required infrastructure, and right-sized staffing models to maximize the use of new health care settings. This role will be a content expert in the transformation of care by researching best practices and cutting-edge trends in the delivery of patient care. This role will play a strategic part in providing a wholistic transition of care between several Centers of Excellence by identifying synergies and overlap through leveraging relationships with physician leaders, Process Excellence, Nursing Leadership, and Administrators. Bachelors required, MBA preferred
5 years clinical/healthcare experience, and 2 years in a leadership role (which could include project/program leadership).
