No contact closed-door pharmacy Roles & Responsibilities Deliver superior customer service by responding to the patients questions or concerns in a timely manner Develop and foster patient relationships on every interaction that builds rapport from the start to the end of the call or chat demonstrating that you value our patients Be the primary point of contact and responsible for coordinating the patient/customer flow as well as responding to questions, issues, or complaints. Ensure that all interactions create customer satisfaction, effectiveness, proficiency, and quality. Maintains call documentation by entering complete and sufficient information. Obtain Medical release as needed for patient requested forms. Learn the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training. Required Skills 2 years of customer service experience. 2 years of support or patient documentation experience or equivalent. Medical and/or call center experience is highly preferred. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently but stay engaged with the virtual team throughout the workday via Microsoft Teams. Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Bilingual (Spanish/Creole) preferred. Remote (Some On-site may be required).
