Overview:

 

The physical therapist will be responsible for the evaluation, reassessment, care oversight, discharge and treatment of the patient referred for physical therapy. The physical therapist will also be responsible for supervision the physical therapy assistant and directing their adherence to the POC as submitted by the physical therapist.

Qualifications:

  • Education: The Physical Therapist shall have at least a BS Degree in Physical Therapy

  • Licensure: The Physical Therapist shall hold a current license to practice Physical Therapy from the Oklahoma State Board of Physical Therapy.

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience is preferred

  • Certifications: American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support Certification

  • Preferred Licensure: A current license to practice Physical Therapy from the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy in addition to the Oklahoma license is preferred.
